Shipping & Returns

Each Maius piece is carefully produced in our workshop in Tunisia after your order. Production time is between 7-14 business days. For items marked as pre-order, this period may vary depending on the collection; it will be specified separately on the product page.

After production is complete, your order will be delivered to the address you specified within 1-3 business days by our contracted shipping company.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount (may vary depending on the campaign period).

We ship worldwide. International delivery time is an average of 7-16 business days after production.

Important: Customs duties, import fees, and additional charges applied in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs are not covered by Maius.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track the status of your shipment instantly on the website of the relevant shipping company.

Since your products are custom-made to order, our return acceptance conditions are limited. Products that meet the following conditions can be returned:

• Labels must not be removed
• Must be unused, unwashed
• Must be in original packaging and box
• Return request must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date

Situations where returns are not accepted: Personalized custom-made pieces, discounted collection items, and innerwear (bodysuits) are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

1. Send an email to saday.betul@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return or contact us at 0530 145 4052.
2. Our team will send you return approval and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
3. Send the product to us in its original packaging with our contracted shipping company.
4. After the product reaches us and is inspected, the refund amount will be transferred to the account you made the payment from within 5-10 business days.

In case of incorrect size selection, you must submit your exchange request within 14 days from the delivery date. For exchanges:

• Review our size chart again
• Contact us via saday.betul@hotmail.com or 0530 145 4052
• Your new size will be shipped to you based on stock availability

During the exchange process, shipping costs are borne by the customer (Maius covers the cost if the product is faulty).

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify saday.betul@hotmail.com with photos within 48 hours of receipt. In such cases, all shipping and exchange/return fees will be covered by Maius.
