Returns and Exchanges — How It Works

You can complete your return step by step on our Easy Returns page using your phone number or order number. Because the returns process runs on our business partner's system, the link takes you to a different domain (iade.betulsaday.com). You may create a return request within 14 days of the date you received the item.

Where the issue is on our side (damaged, defective or wrong item), return shipping is free: the photos and videos you add to the form are reviewed within 1 day at the latest.
If the size does not fit or you change your mind, the return address is shown immediately; return shipping is paid by the sender.
The refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest from the date your withdrawal notice reaches us. In accordance with the regulations, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item reaches us or until you send us proof that you have shipped it. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take 2–3 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
You may also request an exchange instead of a return by selecting the "Exchange" option on the form.

Non-returnable items: underwear, swimwear and bikinis; items sewn to measurements you provide or altered at your request; earrings and jewellery accessories. Items produced in standard sizes are not covered by this exclusion; your 14-day return right applies to them. Exchanges are possible for made-to-measure items.

November Sale (30 October – 30 November 2026): Items purchased at a discounted price under the November Sale campaign are not eligible for the 14-day return or exchange. For discounted items, an exchange or return is only made where the issue is on our side (damaged, defective or wrongly shipped item).

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the following cannot be returned: goods prepared at the BUYER's request or clearly according to the BUYER's personal needs, garments sewn to measurements provided by the BUYER or altered at the BUYER's request, and goods not suitable for return; underwear, swimwear and bikinis, earrings and jewellery accessories, face masks, cosmetics, single-use products, goods liable to deteriorate quickly or expire; goods which, once their packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery, are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons; goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; newspapers and periodicals other than those supplied under a subscription contract; services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer; and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software, data recording and storage devices and computer consumables once their packaging has been opened by the BUYER. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires. Items produced in standard sizes (e.g. 36, 38, 40) are not covered by this exception even if they are produced after the order is placed; your 14-day right of withdrawal applies to them. However, items purchased at a discounted price under the November Sale campaign (30 October – 30 November 2026) do not benefit from this right.
