Shipping and Delivery

Your orders are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Domestic shipping (within Türkiye)

• Shipping is free on orders of 3,000 TL and above.
• For orders below 3,000 TL the shipping fee is 180 TL.
• Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed, and domestic delivery is completed within 7–14 days.
• For pre-order items the delivery time is 1–30 days; if a specific date is stated on the product page, that date applies.

International shipping

• We ship to European countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Australia, New Zealand and selected countries in Asia-Pacific; the current country list is shown at checkout.
• International shipping costs 4,000 TL per order. Delivery time varies by country; customs duties and import charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order tracking: When your order is handed over to the carrier, your tracking number is sent to you by email.

Undeliverable orders: For orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or because the recipient could not be reached, the cost of re-shipping is borne by the buyer.

Damaged package: If the package shows visible damage, have the courier draw up a damage report before accepting delivery and notify destek@maius.info with photographs within 48 hours. This period does not limit the rights available to you in respect of defective goods under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
