All our Maius pieces are carefully produced to order by our experienced artisans in our workshop in Tunisia. Our production process is based on our principle of bringing minimalist designs to life without compromising on quality.

Since we produce each piece uniquely for you only upon order, the total preparation and delivery time is between 7-14 business days. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Products labeled as pre-order are collection pieces that are still in the production phase. When you order these products, you become a part of our production process; the product will be shipped to you as soon as it is ready.

Your domestic orders in Turkey will be delivered to your address within 1-3 business days with our contracted cargo company after production is completed. Shipping fees are calculated automatically during the purchase process.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International deliveries may take between 7-16 business days after production. Customs duties and additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Since your products are custom-made to order, return conditions are subject to specific rules. Unused products with their tags still attached can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. For details, please review our Shipping and Returns page.

Each item has specific care recommendations on its label. Generally, we recommend washing linen and satin products at 30°C or below, and elegant lined pieces with dry cleaning. Use medium heat and steam when ironing.
